It’s the perfect fit for vow renewals, small weddings, and couples ready to get married quickly, surrounded by their closest friends and family. Elope now and plan a big wedding later (or don’t and buy that house you want or plan that epic European trip)! Say “I Do” to the love of your life and “I Don’t” to a stressful wedding.

Exchange Vows
Lovingston Winery is a small, family-run winery and event venue just 20 minutes from the Indigo House. With over 64 acres of breathtaking countryside, the winery offers an authentic farm feel and the beauty of the rolling mountain vistas as you exchange vows among your family and friends.
For your two-hour outdoor ceremony, stand at a romantic spot overlooking the sprawling grapevines while your guests are seated under the towering trees near the newly constructed Tupelo House.
Gather Afterwards
The Indigo House is a modern bed and breakfast designed for outdoorsy humans and kind dogs, just 20 minutes away from Lovingston Winery.
With four national park-inspired guest rooms, multiple lounging spaces, plenty of outdoor seating (including a fire pit), and a private trail, there’s plenty of space for you and your loved ones to gather after your commitment ceremony.

If you’re planning to hire a professional for hair and makeup, we recommend scheduling your appointment at a Charlottesville, Staunton, or Lynchburg salon prior to checking in at the Indigo. Options are very limited locally.

All packages require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve and hold the requested date.

While neither property offers a full tour for this package, we do want you to experience the spaces.

- For Lovingston Winery, you can visit during operating hours, grab a glass of wine, and experience the serenity!
Where is the ceremony site at Lovingston?
The ceremony site sits close to the Tupelo House (which has bathroom access), under the canopy of trees, overlooking the grapevines. There is a permanent arbor installed for you to stand under. View the Property Map.
