Planning your micro wedding can feel overwhelming and daunting! Here at the Indigo, we’re committed to gathering more – more stories, people, moments, and memories – so we make sure our event spaces bring people together. That includes connecting you with our preferred wedding vendors.
With our preferred vendors, we’ll help you find Virginia-based professionals for the wedding of your dreams. Everyone listed has been hired by a previous Indigo couple. These aren’t “our friends”. They’re professionals that other brides or grooms loved working with and recommend you consider them too!
While you’re not required to use these preferred vendors for your micro wedding at the Indigo, we hope it helps you conveniently start the search for your vendor team. You can reach out directly or contact the Indigo to facilitate an introduction.
Wedding Planners
Ensuring you have time with your loved ones is at the heart of an Indigo wedding. We’ve partnered with planners who understand that small weddings are a big deal. Below is sample pricing based on customized packages specifically for Indigo couples. Most planners have additional services or items you can add on to make planning a breeze.
- A and J Event Planning and Coordination (LGBTQ+ friendly) — We love their speedy responsiveness and floral inclusions; the team is organized but in a won’t stress you out kind of way. They’re offering Indigo couples a special package for $1,600 (Friday and Sunday ceremonies) or $1,800 (Saturday ceremonies). Learn more about the A and J/Indigo House Micro Ceremony Package.
- Abaigeal Co Events — We love Abaigeal’s easy-going demeanor and ease of bringing the most out of a backyard DIY wedding. She’s got services starting at $1,800.
- Champagne Wishes — Offers 10 hours of day-of coordination for $1,700 and all sorts of convenience things like RSVP tracking, event rentals, and weekend family planning/timelines for an additional cost.
- With Joy Events — Based out of Richmond but very familiar with Charlottesville, Caitlin is just as organized as she is flexible!
I was most hesitant about the required wedding coordinator – I can see now that having her was ESSENTIAL on our day. She took care of all the little things we didn’t think of!
