Our sweet, national park-inspired rooms accommodate two adults and come stocked with the essential items for a luxurious stay, including some beloved, fresh mountain air.
Each room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind to include a premium mattress, eco-friendly bedding, heating, and air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and flat-screen, smart television.
By and large, we like to stay out of your way and let you enjoy this beautiful property like it’s your own. To maintain your privacy and each dog’s safety, we do not offer a daily cleaning service. You can let us know if your room needs a refresher.

Real Food for Real Fun
Locally roasted coffee is available downstairs at 7:30 am, but if you want coffee in your room, we can deliver a french press and pastry to your door! Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 am. Our simple and wholesome breakfasts highlight fresh, seasonal produce, Stephanie’s signature granola, housemade pastries, and eggs. It’s honest food that gives you tons of energy to pursue the things you love.

Adults Only
Our atmosphere is purposefully designed — it’s an intentional space to unwind. As such, we welcome guests 24 and up.
The Indigo appreciates families who travel together and introduce their children to the beauty and wonder of the outdoors. That’s why we offer full house rentals! Please inquire about our family-friendly experiences, if interested.
Enhance your Stay
Our special B&B experiences are designed to enhance your visit to Virginia’s wine country. Try the breweries and vineyards or pamper yourself with a day at the sauna or dinner with a private chef. There’s plenty to explore!
House Rules
To enhance the stay for all guests, there are a few guidelines…
- You can arrive on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Guided check-in is from 4-7 pm but self-check-in is available after. Check-out is 11:00 am.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside. If you smoke on the property, you are subject to a $500 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 am.
- Dogs are not allowed in the dining room or kitchen.
- No refunds are granted for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- Charges from the Itty Bitty Store or damages to the room will be made to the credit card on file.
- We have a two-night minimum stay on the weekends, a three-night minimum for holiday weekends.
- We do not allow guests to use the kitchen.
